The benefits of ballet dancing extend beyond beauty and grace. Known as the “foundation” of learning other dance forms, the athleticism of ballet promotes flexibility and better posture while it sculpts, strengthens, and tones the body. It also develops poise, body awareness, refined movement, stamina, and attention to detail through self discipline, concentration, and the desire to excel. Children's ballet classes also offered during summer dance camp.

The fun and athleticism of ALL these dance forms encompass a broad scope of innovative dance movement to a vast variety of music choices.

Hip Hop formerly danced freestyle as "jazz funk" and "street jazz" in the 1970s, is a dynamic dance style that continues to evolve and gain respect - earning its place alongside other dance styles. Jazz represents a forever-changing form of popular and creative dance movement originating from the 1920s and remains a popular dance form. Musical Theater includes a wide variety of dance styles to include Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Soft shoe, Interpretive, or Modern - depending on the production. Lyrical is a fusion of ballet, jazz, & modern. Also known as contemporary, Lyrical is typically danced to music with lyrics to express and evoke strong emotion.
